Frequently asked questions
What access levels can collaborators have?
Three: Viewer can view, Commenter can view and comment, Editor can edit everything. The owner can change anyone's role or remove their access.
Do people I invite need an account?
Yes. You invite them by email, they get a notification and an email, then sign in to uPresenter with that email to open the presentation with the role you gave them.
What happens when several people edit at once?
Changes sync in real time, so everyone always works on the same, latest version — nothing gets overwritten. If you need to, you can still restore an earlier version from Version History.
How do comments work?
Each comment is pinned to a slide (and optionally an object) and has threaded replies. Filter by Open or Resolved, by the current slide or all slides, and reopen a comment whenever you need to.
What are teams in uPresenter for?
A team puts people on one plan: the owner buys Pro seats, assigns them to members and sets an AI credit limit per person. You can belong to several teams and switch between them at any time.
